Tasting Notes

Don't let the watery white colour fool you. Aromatic, light and youthful aromas with nuances of mandarin orange, ripe apple, pear, floral, untoasted almonds and a touch of smokiness lead the wine. The palate is light, dry with moderate extract and clean. Orange rind, cashew, minerality notes come to mind followed by subtle smokiness. A long, dry finish ensues with fruit and floral sensations. Enjoy with appetisers, fish, chicken, poultry, seafood, pork, mild to medium bodied hard cheeses, toasted nuts especially almonds, or on its own.
